If the product is in stock, we will ship out the piece generally within 5-7 days. Should there be a delay, we will contact you via email to let you know when to expect the shipment. Orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 days from date of shipment.
Pieces from our Handmade-To-Order Collection may take up to 3-5 weeks for delivery due to the handmade nature of the piece.
International orders (including Canada) are shipped via USPS First Class and can sometimes take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Flat rate shipping for international orders is $20. Denisa Piatti Jewellery is not responsible for any additional customs fees that your country may charge.
I hope you love your piece as much as I do. Each piece is individually handmade, therefore I do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original condition for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We are unable refund gift cards.
Made to order and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Reason for Return
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s).
There are certain situations where only partial store credits are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Customers will follow return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
