Denisa Piatti Jewellery was founded with a mission to uncover the beauty of non-precious materials by using precious, traditional craftsmanship. By ingeniously combining precious metals with common materials, Denisa's work encourages you to question what precious really means.
Denisa's experience living in Zanzibar - having no electricity or conveniences like a washing machine - made her reflect on her values and shifted her perspective on what is really important. Her interest in working with common materials was borne, and she realized that what is precious isn't always about the diamonds and pearls.
Every piece tells a story of tradition and dedication to craft. The vision behind the collections is to cultivate curiosity about the time, the process, and the tools behind traditional jewelry making. The belief that these elements are perhaps what make jewelry truly precious.
Every piece is handcrafted from Denisa Piatti's studio in Washington, DC. Because of their handmade nature, each piece is produced in small batches.
